Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are not returnable . I will send enough pictures for you to decide. Once the item is shipped it is yours to keep unless it is damaged you may ship it back at customers expense for changes and adjustments which may cost more depending on what they are.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are final sales. I prefer to speak to you on the phone about a custom order at least once to make sure you will love your one of a kind purchase. A deposit will be due in most cases and sales are final. I will follow up with pictures and text messages every step of the way to make sure you see the finished product before I ship it. 9 out of 10 customers will be happy with there purchase especially if they like my work already.
